Individual Therapy

Whether you are experiencing an acute period of mental health struggle, or have been living with trauma, anxiety or pain for a long time, individual therapy services are based on the idea that every one of us can benefit from a greater understanding of our origin story. Individual therapy with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist means viewing yourself through a systemic lens and gaining an understanding of how the “systems” that surround us (our families, our friends, our work, our communities) all play a role in our individual growth and development.

Couple Therapy

Relationships get stuck sometimes. Couple therapy can help to untangle core areas of partnership including, but not limited to: communication, conflict resolution, family of origin issues, partner style and habits, personality assessments, spirituality, physical and sexual intimacy, relationship expectations, teamwork, and parenting.

Family Therapy

Family dynamics can be unique and challenging. As families progress through their changing life cycles, as children grow into adolescence, adolescents grow into adults and adults transition into their retirement years the accompanying stresses all emphasize tender points and can create friction. Family therapy can help promote empathy, understanding and strengthen the bonds that keep families together, through acute crises, such as death, divorce, or trauma, or longer term challenges, such as illness, blending families, or coping with mental health struggles.
